Digital Products (Planners, Guides, and Downloads)
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final once the product has been accessed or downloaded. We do not offer refunds for digital items unless there is a technical issue preventing access to the purchased product.

In Case of Technical Issues:

Physical Products (If Applicable)
1. Returns:
* Returns are accepted within 5 days of receiving your order. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when it was received.
* The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
2. Refunds:
* Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
* If approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
3. Exchanges:
* If your product arrives damaged or defective, please email us at concierge(a)icyconsulting.com within 5 days of receipt with photos of the issue, and we’ll arrange for a replacement.

Custom or Discounted Items
* Custom orders, discounted items, or products purchased as part of a promotion are non-refundable and non-returnable, except in the case of damage or defect.
